Policies

 By booking an appointment you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.

*If you arrive early for your appointment please text that you have arrived.  If my office door is closed, please do not knock, I may be with another client. You may have a seat in the reception area until your scheduled appointment time.

*24 hour notice for cancellations is ideal.  I realize this is not always possible, however, a fee may be incurred.

*Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to provide the service for which you've been scheduled and we will need to reschedule. A fee may also be incurred.

*If you are sick, please reschedule to a time when you're feeling better.

*If you are experiencing any contagious condition, please schedule when the condition is cleared.

*Guests and children are not allowed in the treatment room for insurance purposes.

* All clients are required to fill out an intake form in its entirety.

* I reserve the right to refuse service.
